Badasses do not come by every day. Throwing a rock out the window, you’re more likely to hit a datuksomething else a hundred times before you finally find somebody who can be nominated to be in the badass series (Yes, that’s how strict we are).
A badass has to be selfless, have great integrity and have a strong personality people can look up to. That’s partly also the reason why we deliberated so long before we wrote this article, because the process of validating any one individual as a badass goes through many stages of yamcha sessions.
This time around, the individual we’ve chosen to enter into the Badass Hall Of Fame is not any the Joe we use in our badass series. No, he comes from Royalty.

You may have become well versed in the history of the Johor royal family recently if you’ve seen the recent coronation of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Ismail or read the message that The Crown Prince of Johor, Tunku Ismail uploaded on Johor’s Southern Tiger’s Facebook page.
The Johor royal family are not mere aristocrats but also savvy businessmen who boast a vast collection of wealth through well timed business investments in land reclamation as well as high profile acquisition over the years. In fact, you might have read in one of our previous badass series that during the coronation of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Ismail, they even arranged for a music festival that saw the arrival of the biggest names in music like Havana Brown, Jacklyn Victor and even Korean pop star group – T – Ara.
I know, pretty badass right? Without further ado, we would like to present to you our badass for this cycle of the Badass Hall Of Fame, the Crown Prince 0f Johor, His Royal Highness Brigadier General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim.
